Warranty Policy And Procedure

• LED products are warranted against defective manufacture for a period from date of purchase.the company however accepts no responsibility for any resulting liability or losses arising through any defective goods supplied by us fitting thereof and all condition and warranties implied as to quality , fitness.
• We accept no responsibilities for the performance of goods made especially by customers instruction.
• All claims should be made with warranty periods.
• Claims should be made to the company at its warranty center along with invoice.
• The warranty becomes void if products are used against usage policy.
• If any parts are damaged due to negligent maintenance,or tempering,or if these are destroyed in an accidental,fire wreckage on explosion,the warranty become void.
• If the defect are due to faulty electrical system ,negligent maintenance,improper voltage fluctuation ,handling and servicing of the product by unauthorized dealer or electricians, then the warranty is nullified.
• In all claims ,company's decision will be final and legally bounded.
• The right to determine whether a product needs replacement or repair rests with the company the warranty period of the products being replaced shall commence from the date of sale of original products as started in the invoice and not from the date of replacement given.
